About Me - General Information and Background

While I may specialize in providing professional Voice Over services, specifically Audiobook Production, I have a ton of knowledge and experience in other areas such as Self-Publishing, Website Design & Development, Marketing & Advertising, Filming and Video Editing, and Small Business Management to name a few . . . And I want to share this with you.

See, I have a passion to help entrepreneurs and small businesses owners think big, and achieve their online goals. I understand the struggles of trying to navigate through all the challenges out there online, as I’ve been there myself. When I was getting started online there wasn’t anyone there for me to turn to, to get the specific answers I needed. So, as a person who enjoys helping others I decided to make my experience, knowledge, and skills available to you and others who are looking for a person that can provide them with solid advice and guidance along their journey. So, let me give you some background on who I am.

A Little Bit About Me

Prior to opening Fleischmann Media, LLC. I worked with at risk youth, those with developmental disabilities, and those seeking to transition out of the care of the state for approximately 18 years. During this time I was also a supervisor at two large group home facilities.

I hold a Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of Baltimore in Interdisciplinary Studies which focused on Psychology, Sociology, and Criminal Justice. Prior to receiving my BA from the University of Baltimore, I graduated Cum Laude with two Associate Degrees from the Community College of Baltimore County – one in General Studies, and one in Criminal Justice. During his first semester at the Community College of Baltimore County I was also inducted into Phi Theta Kappa, an honor society for two-year colleges. During my time at the Community College of Baltimore County I also worked there as a Certified Tutor, specializing in helping non-native English Speakers communicate better (ESOL). In addition to my academic and work experience, I have also taught self-defense and martial arts to a number of people throughout the years. In fact, I enjoyed this so much that I ended up opening up (incorporating) what was classified as a Church so I could share both the Martial Arts as well as my Faith. Later I expanded this to include a Homeschool Umbrella in our state.

I believe that through education people can break free from situations and circumstances that are oppressive. Having withdrawn from High School after the 10th Grade, I am living proof that education can help people create the life they’re meant to have. I believe in a “Life Long Learning” philosophy, and continue to educate myself with valuable skills and knowledge to achieve my goals and make a more meaningful impact on the lives of those around me.

1-1 Coaching is Available to a Limited Number of People. All Coaching is Done through Kajabi’s Coaching feature and is Recorded for You to Playback at Your Leisure. You do not need to have any specialized training to use the program. I will send you a link after you purchase the Consulting Session. During this Session You Can Ask Any Business Related Questions - Ideally, Given the 60 Minute Time Limit, it Would be Good to Have 1-3 Main Questions for Us to Work Through Prior to Signing Up. It is Your Responsibility to Remember Your Appointment - I will not track you down.
If you miss your appointment for whatever reason you will need to re-book the appointment and purchase an additional 60 Minutes of 1-1 Consulting if you wish to have a 1-1 Session with Me.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement is in Effect for all Coaching, Consulting, and Accountability Service Sessions, and at no time should recordings of sessions be publicly or privately on display for other people to view. Additionally, Redistribution of Coaching, Consulting, or Accountability Service Sessions is Completely Prohibited without the Express Written Approval of Anthony J.
